Our history

Founded by Deborah Fulton in 2020, Empowered Collective Australia has grown to be a recognised quality service provider of community services programs in NSW and the Canberra region.

With energy and a passion for working with communities, the team thrives on implementing new projects and concepts that create sustainable and empowering change — especially for women.

With decades of experience in the public and private sector, we have a proven track record of exceeding expectations and achieving results.
